Tangshan Hongpeng Welding Co., Ltd is located in Tangshan New&Hi-Tech Development Zone, Hebei, China. With a total area of 86600 square meters, its registered capital is RMB 50,000,000 and the total assets are RMB 260,000,000.There are more than 400 employees including 20 senior engineers and 60 engineers working in Hongpeng. The annual output is 100,000 tons of welding consumables and 30,000 sets of welding equipment.

Hongpeng is one of the largest domestic manufacture bases of welding materials and welding machines. It owns the first class wire producing equipments which mainly include Wet-wier Drawing Production Line System, Coppered Units from Germany HERBORN, Dry-wire Drawing Production Line System, Coppered Units imported from KOCH of Germany, one set of　Italian made Packing Unit of barreled welding wiers. Now the manufacture process has been completely by PC which is standing for the outstanding manufacturing technique.

Hongpeng has got the authorization of　ISO9001:2000 international quality management system. The products of welding wires mainly include Mid Steel $ High Strength Steel Wires, Weathering Steel Wires, Stainless Steel Wires, Mild Flux-cored Wires, and Submerged Arc Wires, etc.Welding consumables have passed the SGS environment audit and the seven countries’ classification society which include ABS,CCS,DNV,GL,LR,NK and KR.. The welding equipment mainly include Thyristor Controlled DC Arc Welder series,ZX7 series IGBT Controlled Inverter CO2 Gas Shielded Welder series, MZ series Thyristor Controlled Submerged Arc Welder, LGK series Air Plasma Cutting Machine, etc.

Hongpeng has established the joint venture of Tangshan Hongpeng Elmatech Welder Co., Ltd, with ELMATECH AG Germany. The joint venture has introduced the German advanced technology and management to China and produced the spot welding machines as Midispot and Elmaspot; HYBRID series mult’ function gas shielded welder and varies digital welders which are controlled by the virtual technology.
